The Fine Print

At Lil' Negril Island Grill we pride our-self on hosting your function in a optimal professional manner. To ensure our client receive quality service, we have implemented the booking terms and conditions outline below. These terms allow us to confirm that all the services and products you select are available and that we are able to ensure appropriate staffing levels for your event. We recognize that each function is unique, and we are flexible regarding these booking terms and agreements. Exception will be made on an individual basics.


BOOKINGS


The menu selection must me comfirmed 10 days prior to your event.

  The number of guests attending the function must me confirmed 10 days prior to the event.


Deposits and Cancellations


A 50% deposit is required.

The remaining balance of the bill is due 7 days prior to the event date. Should your final attendance be smaller that your last confirmed number, you will be charge for the number that was confirmed 10 days prior to your event.


Cancellation received less than 10 days prior to the event date will result a loss of deposit, although you will have the opportunity to rebook your event with 45 days. In this case, your deposit will be carried over to the new date. No refund will be given.

Cancellations of less than 10 days will result in a loss of deposit.
